Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been filled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email email@example.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications your order.
Reeligion.net has a 2 week refund policy for all orders placed through Reeligion.net. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund. Please note we can only except returns that are unopened and unused.
Since every product order is custom made when purchased, they are sent out when finished. They do not wait until the whole order is made to send out. So once a product is made, they are sent out Thank you for patience. Your Reeligion gear will be in your hands shortly!!
We always try to source for the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might have resulted your products to be damage in the transit.
If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, let us know your problem and please don’t forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the issue.
Please allow 1-2 business days for customization of your order. After which, your order will be ready to ship out. It usually takes only a week for shipping to the US depending on your location. The products need to be printed specially for you. So please be a little patient. :)

The fulfillment company will send you a tracking number so you can see where your package is located by e-mail. You can also receive the tracking number by text if you choose so as well. Happy tracking

How do you ship packages?
Products ship from a China warehouse will be shipped by EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
Kindly ensure that the item to be returned has the original packaging, free gifts, warranties, tags, manuals, and any other item(s) that came with it. Make sure you wrap this in a layer of external packaging, like plastic, to avoid damage to the parcel during transportation.
